Required qualifications

• Radiology Technologist with 2 years of experience
• Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• CT Technologist experience
• ARRT certification
• Driver’s license or state ID
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• Resume
• Two professional references, including one from a manager or direct leader/supervisor

Onboarding requirements

• Background check
• Drug screening with a minimum 10-panel test, including THC
• TB test within 1 year of start date
• COVID-19 vaccination: 2 doses plus booster, or declination
• MMR immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B immunization record, titer, or declination
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Tdap documentation
• Physical/health statement confirming clear to work
• Prime OIG screening
• Prime Core Competencies Exam
• Prime Skills Checklist
• Prime Color-blind test
• Prime Specialty Exam
• Prime Agency Attestation
• Prime SAM/EPLS screening
• Skill checklist from agency and records of nursing-related competencies/exams
