Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery

Location: Elgin, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Dayshift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
On-call: Required, rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in a surgical setting.
• Work dayshift with on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience, with Med Surg experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Perioperative experience
• Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP)
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross

• Must complete onboarding education attestation prior to clearance to start.
• All required credentials and documents must be uploaded and approved before onboarding.
