Required Qualifications

• Valid MRI Technologist license in New York
• MRI Technologist (1 year of experience)
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT
• Catholic Injection Certification
• Driver's License
• Experience with Epic

Onboarding Requirements

• MMR proof of vaccines or titers
• Hepatitis B proof of vaccines or declination
• Influenza Vaccine, October 1 – March 31; accepts CHS declination
• TB Test: one-step TB skin test, Tspot, or TB QuantiFERON within 12 months prior to start date
• Varicella proof of vaccines or titers
• Annual TB Questionnaire within 12 months
• Physical/Health Statement: physical and vision exam within 12 months prior to start date; must include systems check and is required annually
• Catholic Drug Screen: 12-panel, no THC, within 12 months prior to start date
• Catholic Criminal Background Check: 7-year criminal county search, SSN trace, and national criminal database within 12 months prior to start date
