Temp RN - OR - Scrub/Circulate

Location

• Windsor, Vermont

Schedule

• Days
• 8 hours per day
• 32-hour guarantee

Setting

• Operating room / surgical services
• Primarily outpatient procedures with limited inpatient volume
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Patients ages 16 and older

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Vermont
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License
• Cataract surgery experience
• Experience with multiple surgical specialties (general surgery, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, pain management, endoscopy)
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
• Experience with Cerner

Preferred

• Travel experience
• BSN

Additional Details

• Cerner EMR familiarity
• Hospital-provided scrubs
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
• Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible
• Call-offs are limited under a 3-strike attendance policy
• Holiday coverage is required for two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed
