Overview

Travel/contract role in Hazard, Kentucky
13-week assignment
Day shift: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
36 hours per week

Stepdown/PCU unit
34 beds
Typical ratio: 1:5

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Schedule and Work Expectations

Every other weekend required
Float required within scope of practice
Block scheduling cannot be accommodated
Standard 36/48 schedule applies unless otherwise noted

Additional Notes

Meditech EMR is used
Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility
Valid driver’s license is required for submission
Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of the offer
