Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
1 year of Certified Surgical Technologist experience
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS
State license verification
Tech certification verification
2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
Employment application with at least the last 5 years of employment
Skills checklist for the applicable unit
Competency exam for the profession/specialty

Preferred Qualifications

2 years endovascular experience
