Required Qualifications

Valid Mammography Technologist license in California
Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
Mammography Technologist (1 year of experience)

NRP required
NIH Stroke Certification required
IV Certification required
CPI required
MAB required
Chemotherapy certification required
EFM certification required if applicable
CPDH certificate required for RTs working in California

Health Requirements

Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance required for travel starts
TB clearance required
Tdap within 10 years
Flu vaccination or declination required during flu season
COVID vaccination record or declination required
Drug screen required within 12 months of start
Hepatitis B documentation required
Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation required
Respiratory safety clearance required

Other Notes

May be required to float to another facility within a reasonable distance
Radiation badge is issued by the facility
