Interventional Radiology RN Travel/Contract Job

Location

• Richardson, Texas

Schedule

• Day shift, 4x10 hours
• 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call required on weekdays and weekends
• Approximately 10–12 days per schedule

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Interventional Radiology (2 years of experience)
• Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic

Required Certifications

• NIH Stroke Certification

Other Required Items

• Valid government-issued photo ID or passport
• E-Verify or attestation
• 2 professional references within 3 years of hire
• Pass/fail testing for medication/pharmacology and dysrhythmia/EKG competency
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit test during orientation
• Tdap
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Proof of measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Drug screening within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
• Signed job description and required onboarding forms before start
