Valid RN license in South Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record system
Participation in Rapid Response teams

Background Checks:
- Annual comprehensive background check covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
- Includes SSN trace, state and national criminal checks, sex offender registry, FACIS 3, and international searches if applicable
Drug Testing: 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
Health Requirements:
- Physical exam updated annually, attesting ability to meet job demands
- Immunizations or titers for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B, and Tdap (within 10 years or declination form)
- Negative TB test (T-spot or Q-Gold within 90 days) or chest x-ray if positive history
- Annual TB questionnaire
- COVID vaccination highly preferred; if declined, must complete vaccination declination form
- Seasonal flu vaccination or medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Aug 1 – Mar 31)
- Respirator medical clearance annually for patient-facing roles
References: Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
Performance Evaluation: Must be dated within 12 months of start
Employment History: Verification of last 3 clinical employers (exceptions apply)

Orientation Modules: Must be completed prior to start; estimated 4 hours for this location
Photo: Passport-style photo required for badge issuance
Acknowledgments and Agreements: Candidates must review and sign facility-specific documents including assignment acknowledgment, code of conduct, confidentiality agreements, HR policy manual, systems user agreement, and HIPAA confidentiality agreement
