Job Opportunity: MRI Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)

Location: Kingman, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Requirements

• Must be MRI certified through ARRT or ARMRIT
• On-call required minimum of 1-2 nights per week

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) as required
• State License verification as applicable
• Tech Certification Verification (National) as applicable

Background & Compliance

• Government issued photo ID required
• Standard background check including 7-year search of locations lived/worked/school
• EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG checks required annually
• Education verification (transcript/diploma or NSCH verification)
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Immunization requirements including MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Hepatitis B, Varicella, and seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season
• Negative 9 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days of start (not required but preferred)

Additional Requirements

• Clear, passport-style photo for badge
• Completion of facility-specific forms and agreements (security, confidentiality, behavioral expectations, HIPAA training, etc.)
• Two professional references within 3 years of start
• Annual skills checklist

This position requires a highly qualified MRI Tech with appropriate certifications and the ability to be on-call regularly. Compliance with health, safety, and facility-specific documentation is mandatory.
