- Home Health OT
- Area #1: Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City
- Area #2: Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont
- Start date: ASAP
- Compliance takes about 2 weeks
- Shift: 8-hour days
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours weekly
- Ratios: 1:1
- May visit up to 6 patients per day
- 27 productivity points standard
- First-timers accepted
- Locals accepted
- Weekends may be used to meet productivity
- On-call not required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Own transportation
- 1 year of employment verification related to the candidate’s profession
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, with clearance to work without restrictions/limitations or in good physical health
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
- Flu vaccine or declination required year-round
- Auto insurance and auto registration must be current throughout the assignment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of Home Health experience

- Case load: Home Health
- Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles
- Timely communication and documentation required
- Documentation tools will be provided and must be returned
- Mileage reimbursement: IRS Standard
- Parking: Free
- Attire: Any color scrubs
