Location: Fort Morgan, Colorado
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Department: Outpatient Physical Therapy
• Patient Load: Approximately 8-12 patients per day
• Patient Types: Mostly orthopedic (post joint surgeries, pain, back issues, post falls), some neurological, and some sports-related cases
• Setting: Primarily outpatient ortho with some inpatient acute care; includes access to a warm water therapy pool
• Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday, 4 days per week
  • 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • 45-minute outpatient sessions
  • Blocked time for inpatient evaluations and documentation
• Weekend Requirements: Rare on-call weekends
• Holiday Requirements: None
• Dress Code: Scrubs or business casual
• Orientation: One week, department-specific

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS Certification

Additional Information

• Clinicians must be in-state for the week of orientation, even if some modules are remote
• Must submit a valid driver’s license
• Radius for travel: within 60 miles

• Prior travel experience is not indicated as required
