Scheduling & Work Environment

• Weekday shifts: 5 days x 8 hours
• Weekend shifts: 4 days x 10 hours
• Weekend coverage required
• Holiday call rotation participation required
• Call or standby required with response time expectations
• No block scheduling or self-scheduling
• Dress code: Any solid color scrubs except navy blue; scrubs not provided
• Department-specific orientation typically lasts 2-3 weeks; orientation hours 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Friday through Monday with call

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Adult Echocardiography (RDCS-AE) certification via ARDMS required
• Must be within a 60-mile radius and have a valid driver’s license submitted
• Must be in-state for the week of orientation (even if some modules are remote)
