Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Location

Springdale, Arkansas

Contract Details

Travel assignment
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
Schedule includes every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
Hours per week: 36

Job Description

Provide patient care on the PCU/Telemetry unit using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care.
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel.
Must be agreeable to float to Medical-Surgical and Bariatrics units.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Information

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
Floating to other units (MS/Bariatrics) is mandatory.
