Overview

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
  • Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • Requires a master's-level degree, with no specific field of study named

  • Open to new grads

  • Acute Rehab Unit – 376J
  • 12 beds
  • Patient ratio: 6:1
  • Patient population: 18+

Float Scope

  • May float to eval and treat medsurg and ICU patients as needed

  • No call requirements
  • Scrub color: royal blue scrubs

  • Compact eligible state
