Job Description

• Work in a rural community hospital setting with a 16-bed Emergency Department (ED) serving geriatrics and pediatrics.
• Facility offers a broad range of inpatient, outpatient, intensive care, surgical, emergency, and diagnostic services.
• Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays.
• No call requirements.
• Typical shift hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (ED RN shifts noted, but this is a Mammography Tech role).
• Electronic Health Record system: Meditech.
• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs; hoodies and sweatshirts are not allowed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in Kentucky.
• Mammography Technologist experience within the last year, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Additional Notes

• Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel.
• The client may require additional certifications beyond those listed.
• The hospital is located near Lexington, KY, known for its equestrian culture and bourbon heritage.
