Role

RN on the med-surg floor
Travel assignment
3.3 FTEs on days and 4.5 FTEs on nights

Schedule

36 guaranteed hours per week
Every other weekend
Shift: 0645P-1915A

Unit Details

45-bed unit
Patient ratio: 1:5 on days, 1:6 on nights
Patient population includes medical surgical, orthopedic, general surgery, and urology
Top diagnoses include CHF, COPD, and PNA
Pediatric patients may be admitted to the general floor

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Pros

This hospital is hands down the least toxic hospital I have ever had the privilege of working. I absolutely love the people I work with. Everyone I come into contact with likes what they do and they do it with passion. It’s not perfect by any means, but it’s close.
