Overview

• Location: Golden, Colorado
• Schedule: 3x12-hour days, 0700-1930
• Weekends: Yes
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Float: May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications
• On-call: May be required during a regularly scheduled shift

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Colorado
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Certification as appropriate for unit or service

Role Summary

• Provides independent nursing care in accordance with accepted practice standards
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care
• Performs health teaching, counseling, delegated medical functions, documentation, referrals, and treatment plan review/monitoring
