Location
- Rancho Mirage, California
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid Mammography Technologist license in California
- Mammography Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (R)
- American Heart Association BLS issued by American Heart Association
Preferred Experience
- Mammography screening experience
Key Responsibilities
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams
- Produce dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEA) exams
- Obtain patient medical history before procedures
- Educate patients about procedures and equipment
- Document procedures and procedure codes accurately in EHR and PACS
- Perform bone density screening as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness of radiology equipment and rooms
- Work at the main campus and satellite facilities
