Job Details

• Location: Ravenna, Ohio
• Employment type: LTA
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
• Schedule: Mostly afternoon shifts, 4 ten-hour shifts per week, every third weekend, with possible holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• Driver's License
• Current, non-expired photo ID
• 2 professional references from the last 2 years
• Resume
• Job application completed by the candidate
• Employment history form confirming previous employment with the health system, if applicable

Onboarding Requirements

• 2-step TB test or IGRA (QuantiFERON/T-SPOT) within the last 6 months
• Background check
• OIG search
• SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening
• Drug screen
• Completion of required safety and compliance training modules
• Badge photo

Additional Notes

• Influenza vaccine documentation is required from October through March
• If declining flu vaccination, masking attestation and influenza declination forms are required
• Medical exemption requires the specified accommodation form and a physician-signed letter
