Required qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kansas
• MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Driver's License
• Minimum 10-panel drug screen with THC included
• National criminal background check within one year of start date
• Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification
• Nursys verification
• Prime Core Competencies Exam with a score of 80% or higher
• Prime Specialty Exam with a score of 80% or higher
• Prime Skills Checklist
• Prime Job Description signed by the employee and current within the year
• Prime Resume
• Two references, including one from a manager or direct leader/supervisor
• Driver’s license, state ID, or passport
• Prime OIG
• Prime Agency Attestation
• Prime SAM/EPLS

• Glucose Training Policy completion

Onboarding health requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination or declination
• MMR immunity or vaccination proof
• Varicella immunity or vaccination proof
• Hepatitis B immunization, immunity titer, or declination

• Influenza vaccine or declination during the required season
• TB test within the last year
• Annual respirator fit test
• Physical/health statement stating clear to work
