ICU Registered Nurse

Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Galion, Ohio
• Part-time need
• Day shift: 2x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• 24 hours per week
• Contract length: 10 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Cardiac experience including post-catheterization intervention, balloon pump, and Impella management

• No blocked schedule
• No holiday RTO requests or holiday week requests will be approved

Additional Hiring Requirements

• 2 clinical references
• Government-issued photo ID
• Proof of E-Verify or attestation
• 7-year criminal background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• OH BCI and FBI fingerprint attestation
• Highest level of education verification
• Physical exam
• Fit mask testing
• Tdap within 10 years or signed declination
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
• Negative 10-panel drug screen
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption
• Competency exam and core onboarding modules
• Facility-specific onboarding documents and orientation acknowledgements
