Role Details
- MS/Tele Float RN
- Floats to meet institutional needs across patient populations such as ER boarded patients, telemetry, and med surg
- Nurse-to-patient ratio varies from 1:4 to 1:6 depending on unit acuity
- May include charge responsibilities on two very small units where the sole RN functions as Charge Nurse
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
- Experience in Charge roles
- Cardiac Stepdown experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Charge experience
- Cardiac step down experience
Additional Notes
- Check with manager before offering any 48-hour/week contracts
- Float policy acknowledgement required
- Washington State Patrol search required for Washington placements
- Background check, education verification, drug screen, physical exam, fit mask, TB, MMR, Hep B, varicella, flu, COVID, and respirator clearance requirements may apply based on assignment rules
