Role
- Pharmacist Inpatient
Schedule
- Night shift, 4x10 hours
- 7 on / 7 off
- 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Must be able to work Wednesday nights through Tuesdays
Required Qualifications
- Valid Hospital Pharmacist license in Florida
- Hospital Pharmacist experience within the last year
- 2 years of Hospital Pharmacist experience
- Experience with Cerner
- Experience with Epic
Compliance / Onboarding
- AHCA Level II fingerprint clearance must be on file before start
- Physical exam within 6 months of start
- Fit test within 12 months of start
- Tdap within 10 years
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 3 months of start
- Positive measles titer within 5 years of start
- Positive mumps titer within 5 years of start
- Positive rubella titer within 5 years of start
- Positive hepatitis B titer within 5 years of start, or Hep-B declination if titer is negative
- Positive varicella titer within 5 years of start
- 10-panel drug screen including THC within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccine or declination on file year-round
- Fully vaccinated with two-dose COVID series, with medical and religious exemptions accepted
