Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• Pediatric Respiratory Therapist experience
• Experience with Epic

• References: 2 required within 3 years of start
• Employment application must include 7 years of employment history and explanations for gaps greater than 30 days
• Skills checklist required prior to start and updated annually as applicable
• Valid driver’s license or state ID is required
• Physical exam required within 12 months of start
• Drug testing required within 30 days of start
• TB screening and immunization/documentation requirements apply
• COVID and flu vaccination or approved declination documentation may be required
