Ultrasound Tech - General

Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Marlborough, Massachusetts
  • 13-week assignment
  • 32 hours per week
  • Evening shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
  • Weekend rotation required: every other weekend / every other holiday
  • Call may be required
  • Float as needed to Groton, Massachusetts

Required Qualifications

  • Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
  • 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • ARDMS
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association

Schedule Details

  • Weekday hours: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
  • Weekend hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
  • Current call rotation is every 5th or 6th weekend, Saturday/Sunday 4:00 PM–10:00 PM

Work Environment

  • General ultrasound cases
  • Typical studies include first-trimester pregnancies, some pediatric ED cases, lumps/bumps, DVT, and carotid studies
  • Must be confident and comfortable working independently

Additional Notes

  • Epic and PACS are used for charting
  • Housing/lodging is not specified
