Step Down RN Travel Contract

Job Details

• Travel/contract position
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week
• Patient ratio: 5:1
• Every other weekend required
• On-call: not applicable
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• Stepdown (1 year of experience)
• Stepdown experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or United States Department of Defense
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or United States Department of Defense
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Education verification
• Physical exam
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Drug screen
• Seasonal flu vaccination or facility declination form

• Pass/fail testing on arrival
• Orientation and policy acknowledgements
• Review of required facility documents before start
