CVOR Tech

Overview

Travel/contract assignment in Waterbury, Connecticut.
Contract length: 13 weeks.
Day shift options: 5x8 (6:45a-3:15p) or 4x10 (6:45a-5:15p).
Call coverage is Monday-Friday 3:15p-7a and weekends 24 hours Saturday/Sunday.
Every other weekend is required.
Two techs work together to cover call based on preference.

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist with 4 years of experience.
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year.
One completed travel assignment.
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.
Photo for badge required.
Physical exam required within 1 year of start.
Negative TB or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start.
Drug screen required within 1 year of start.
COVID vaccination required.
2 professional references required within 3 years of start.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous charge experience preferred.

Additional Notes

Medication system: Accudose and Omnicell.
Documentation system: Cerner.
Communication system: SBAR.
