Travel role
13-week contract
48 hours per week
48 hours guaranteed preferred
Start date: 12/14

Unit Overview

Medical-surgical / nephrology / kidney transplant unit
20 beds
Patient ratio: 1:6
Daytime unit secretary and PCT support available
Unit educator available
Dialysis is performed off the unit
Nurses float first if floating is needed
No on-call requirement

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
1 year of Med Surg experience
Med Surg experience within the last year
Nephrology experience
Dialysis experience

Schedule

3 weekend shifts per month

Additional Notes

Level 1 trauma certification noted for the hospital
Royal blue scrubs; black scrub pants allowed

Pros

This MRI department is amazing! The nurses there are awesome! My experience there was exceptional! The patient care was outstanding!!

Cons

The pay was the only thing that was lacking. But that is what it was! No regrets about working there! Also the housing situation was not great. But that has nothing to do with the facility!
