Overview

Travel RN position in Alexandria, Louisiana
Full-time
Night shift: 7PM - 7AM
36 or 48 hours per week guarantees are available
Every other weekend
No call
Temp to perm is a possibility

Unit / Patient Population

Telemetry unit with patients including MI, CHF, Arrhythmias, PVD, and some med surg overflow
The department manages cardiac drips

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty

Additional Details

Nurse/patient ratio: 5:1, occasionally 6:1
EMR: Epic
Dress code: Ceil Blue scrubs
