Overview
- Travel RN assignment in Weatherford, Texas
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
- Unit: Mom Baby
- 10-bed unit
- 1:3 couplets patient ratio
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Post Partum experience with 2 years of experience
- Post Partum experience within the last year
- Labor and Delivery experience
- Experience catching babies during deliveries
- BLS
- NRP
Unit Details
- Day shift: minimum 2 RN, up to 3 depending on patients and acuity
- Night shift: minimum 2 RN, up to 3 depending on patients and acuity
- EMR: CPN, Meditech
Typical Procedures
- Catch babies during deliveries (CS and SVD)
- Routine PP care
- Circumcision
- Some GYN post-op patients
