Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in New Mexico
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or entry-level Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in Physical Therapy
1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist

Additional Requirements

Must successfully complete the pre-employment/post-job-offer health screening examination and the annual screening each year thereafter

Role Summary

Provides physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment plan development and implementation, follow-up, and discharge planning
Supports department operations, performance improvement activities, student program coordination, and supervision of physical therapy assistants, rehab technicians, and volunteers
