• No floating
• No block scheduling
• No 48-hour shifts

Job Description

• Perform laboratory testing in one or more clinical laboratory divisions to obtain data for diagnosis and treatment of disease.
• Responsible for efficient planning, directing, and accurate provision of all laboratory testing for inpatients and outpatients.
• Practice according to laboratory policies, procedures, regulatory standards, recognized testing techniques, and administrative policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, judgment, and leadership in laboratory technology.
• Use EMR system: Medhost.
• Scrubs allowed in any color.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist, including experience within the last year.
• Experience as a Laboratory Technician.
• An Associate's degree in lab science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or equivalent education and training.
