- Decorah, Iowa
Contract Length
- 13 weeks minimum
Job Description
- Full-time contract position as a Surgical Technologist
- Experience required in the following surgical areas:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- ENT
- OBGYN
- Podiatry
- Urology
- Dental
- Must remain within 30 minutes of the facility when on-call
Schedule
- Primarily 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (start time may vary as early as 6:00 AM depending on surgery caseload)
- On-call rotation approximately 1 night every 2 weeks
- On-call every 5th to 6th weekend
- Holiday on-call rotation included
Required Qualifications
- Surgical Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
- Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
