• 42 beds
• Nurse ratio: 2 nurses during days/eves and 1 nurse during nights
• Common patient types: LTC, memory care, dementia, ortho
• No behavioral risks currently
• Location-specific orientation includes building orientation and lifts, about 2–4 hours

Additional Notes

• Overtime is available
• No on-call or call-back available or billable
• Backouts and quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
• Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using GSS housing, and housing is available at additional cost
