Lexington, Kentucky

Schedule

  • 2nd shift
  • 2x12s
  • Thursday-Friday, 3:00 PM–3:30 AM
  • Call, weekends, and holidays required

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid CT Technologist license in Kentucky
  • CT Technologist (3 years of experience)
  • CT Technologist experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • ARRT (CT)
  • ARRT (R)
  • Mammography Technologist experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT procedures and produce images for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner
  • Verify orders and patient identity before exams
  • Perform and document peripheral venipuncture when necessary
  • Monitor patients throughout exams and apply radiation protection and ALARA principles
  • Complete post-processing, documentation, and image archiving tasks
  • Support quality control, equipment checks, supply restocking, and reporting of equipment or safety issues
  • Assist with training, protocol support, and coordination with radiologists and other care teams
