Job Description

Required Qualifications
Licensure & Certifications
- Current RN license in Kansas with primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
- License/Certificate verification within 30 days prior to start
- Driver's License/State ID (must be valid and match address requirements)
Specialty Experience

- Fit Test: Required annually; preferred prior to start
- Health Statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
- 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
Background & Verification
- Criminal Background Check including SSN Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry (within 30 days prior to start, updated annually)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 90 days prior to start
- Education Verification within 90 days prior to start
- Employment Verification for past 7 years, updated annually
- At least two professional references prior to first assignment
