Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications

• Current RN license in Kansas with primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
• License/Certificate verification within 30 days prior to start
• Driver's License/State ID (must be valid and match address requirements)

• Positive PPD or IGRA with negative chest X-ray within 1 year and annual TB questionnaire
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA within 90 days of start

• Fit Test: Required annually; preferred prior to start
• Health Statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
• 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually

Background & Verification

• Criminal Background Check including SSN Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry (within 30 days prior to start, updated annually)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 90 days prior to start
• Education Verification within 90 days prior to start
• Employment Verification for past 7 years, updated annually
• At least two professional references prior to first assignment
