Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Shift: Night shift, Friday through Sunday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technician license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technician experience, including experience within the last year
• American Heart Association BLS certification

Professional and Compliance Requirements

• Resume and skills checklist within the past year
• Two professional references
• Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and integrity/audit services forms
• Criminal background check covering federal, nationwide, and county records from the last 7 years, including SSN verification and alias checks, dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks dated within 30 days of start, including alias searches
• National Sex Offender Registry (NSO) check dated within 30 days of start, including alias searches
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start

Additional Information

• Skills checklist will be provided by the agency for clinical contractors
• Influenza vaccine is optional but recommended (proof or declination accepted except in CA or IL) for the 2025-2026 flu season

This position requires a Radiology Technician with night weekend availability and compliance with extensive onboarding and immunization requirements.
