Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: Nights, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to work night shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Pharmacy Technician license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check covering the last 7 years, including SSN verification and all known aliases, dated within 30 days of start.
• Education verification of highest academic level completed (degree or high school diploma/GED).
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks dated within 30 days.
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days; for Michigan, statewide check also required.
• Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services, and system security agreements/forms required prior to start.
• Standard I9 verification completed by the agency.
• System access form must be completed and uploaded one week before start.

Additional Information

• Resume and two professional references required for submission.
• Skills checklist provided by the agency for clinical contractors.
• CORE exam (Joint Commission testing) must be completed within the past year.
