Neuro ICU

Overview

Travel/Contract RN role in Aurora, Colorado.
13-week assignment.
24-bed Neurosurgical ICU in a Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level I Trauma Center.
High-acuity, fast-paced surgical ICU.
Floating as required, including to sister facilities in the METRO Region per facility needs.
Day and night rotation, various days of the week.
Weekend requirement: yes, per unit needs.
On-call: no.
Ratio: 1:2.
Scrub color: Navy.
Charting: Epic.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Neuro ICU (2 years of experience).
Neuro ICU experience within the last year.
BLS issued by American Heart Association.
ACLS issued by American Heart Association.
NIHSS.

Preferred

First-time travelers are accepted if required experience is met.
