Schedule

Night shift, 3x12 hours
36 hours per week
Every other weekend coverage

Unit Details

Average daily census: 30
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:3
Floating may be required to Mother Baby and Pediatrics

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Louisiana
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Post Partum experience
Pediatrics experience
Experience with Epic

Additional Notes

Traveler may be assigned to an emergency team during an emergency event and may be expected to remain at the facility or serve on the relief team until the event passes
Assignment includes compliance requirements such as background screening, drug screening, immunization/documentation review, fit testing, and competency verification
