Registered Nurse – Transplant
Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days x 8 hours)
Hours per Week: 40
Job Description
- Role focused on small bowel transplant nursing care.
- No on-call, weekend, or float requirements.
- Outpatient and clinic experience required.
- Adult IV start experience required.
- Transplant experience highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in District of Columbia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of transplant experience, including experience within the last year
- One completed travel nursing assignment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience in outpatient and clinic settings
- Adult IV start experience
