On-Call: Required 1 day per week and every 3rd to 4th weekend (24/7 on-call availability)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Floating: No floating outside scope of practice
Local Candidates: Not accepted (local radius rule: 75 miles)
Pending License: Accepted

Valid RN license in Missouri
Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, including experience within the last year
ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience
ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
NIHSS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Additional certifications may be required based on unit (verify during onboarding)

Government-issued ID required
Criminal background check within 6 months (7-year search including statewide and nationwide)
Quarterly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
Education verification of highest nursing degree required
State-specific background checks and registries as applicable
Drug testing within 1 year of start, must include comprehensive panel
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask testing required annually (N95 respirators)
Immunizations and titers required: Tdap, TB screening, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella
Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
Various facility-specific compliance documents including HIPAA, confidentiality, hand hygiene, dress code, and latex allergy questionnaire must be completed prior to start

Unit-specific competency exams and skills checklists required annually
Two professional references required (supervisors preferred)
Employment application must be submitted and approved
Badge photo required (head and shoulders, white background, no obstructions, taken within 6 months)
Orientation modules completion required through online platform

Candidates must be prepared for on-call responsibilities and weekend work.
This position requires strict adherence to facility policies and annual renewals of certifications and compliance documents.
Floating outside of the Cath Lab scope is not permitted.
