Location

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• 2 years of Cath Lab Technologist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• RCIS or ARRT (CI)
• Driver's License
• Cardiac catheterization laboratory experience

Additional Requirements

• If not ARRT (R), CO fluoro certification must be obtained
• Driver’s license must be submitted
• Must be in state for the week of orientation

Schedule

• Day shift
• 36 hours per week
• 4 shifts per week, 9 hours each

Call Requirements

• Some weeknight call, about 10 per month
• Weekend call about every 3rd weekend
• Holiday call is required and shared among staff
• Call response time: 30 minutes

Work Setting

• Cath lab with 2 suites/labs
• Combined cath and IR cases
• Floating is not to other facilities

Responsibilities

• Circulate and monitor cases
• Pre- and post-procedure care
• Pre-procedure and post-procedure patient calls

Patient Population

• STEMI
• NSTEMI
• Pacemakers
• IR patients

Orientation

• Orientation occurs over a couple of days during the week after initial orientation
