Registered Nurse — Maternal Child

Location

• Gillette, Wyoming

Contract

• 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts
• Every other weekend and holidays as needed
• May also be scheduled on day shifts
• Option to pick up extra shifts

Required Qualifications

• Current Wyoming RN license before start date, or eligibility for a temporary RN license with a clear background
• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience in Labor & Delivery and Post-Partum
• Experience with Pitocin and/or magnesium drip
• Experience managing antenatal/perinatal high-risk patients
• Experience in a tertiary-level facility
• BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association
• Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring certification
• NRP certification

Work Setting

• Maternal Child unit
• Level II Nursery
• C-sections handled by the OR department

Additional Notes

• Local candidates are not accepted within a 50-mile radius
• 8 hours of non-billable orientation
• Scrubs are provided
• Deliveries under 32 weeks are transferred to another facility
