Radiotherapy Technologist

Overview

• Contract assignment in Greenbrae, California
• 13 weeks
• Day shift: Monday through Friday, 5 x 8 hours, starting between 0700 and 0800
• 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiation Therapist license in California
• Radiation Therapist (3 years of experience)
• Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
• ARRT
• BLS

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and align patients using imaging techniques for radiation therapy treatment
• Assess patient status during direct interaction and make appropriate referrals to care team members
• Prepare for treatment delivery, including chart/film checks, room setup, calculations, electronic medical record checks, and treatment calendar programming
• Perform patient setup and CT scans for radiation therapy treatment planning as needed
• Work with other radiation therapists and team members to complete additional tasks as needed

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Varian TrueBeam and/or MOSAIQ
