RN Cardiac/Telemetry

Overview

• Contract RN role in Zanesville, Ohio.
• Primarily assigned to the 4 South Cardiac unit.
• Occasional floating to other Med-Surg areas, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.
• Night shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
• 36 hours per week.
• Every other weekend required.
• No call requirement.
• 13-week contract.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Experience in a hospital setting.
• Minimum of 3 years of telemetry experience.
• Telemetry experience within the last year.
• Stepdown experience.
• Active BLS required.
• Active ACLS required.
• Experience with Epic.
• Proficiency in reading telemetry.
• Must complete a telemetry competency on day one.

Additional Notes

• Unless the RN is a returning traveler who has worked there within the past 9 months, the only available start date is November 16, 2026.
• Failure to pass the telemetry competency will result in termination of the assignment.
• Lack of the required Epic proficiency will also result in termination of the assignment.
