Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekend or call requirements

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in an outpatient infusion center (not vascular access)
• Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments
• Manage peripheral IVs and central line care
• Administer medications and blood transfusions
• Care for outpatient infusion patients with varying acuity and treatment lengths
• Patient ratio ranges from 1:7 to 1:9 per day
• Use IV pumps and Epic electronic medical records system

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maine
• Minimum 2 years of infusion nursing experience, including infusion experience within the last year
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• ONS or ONCC Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
