Overview

• Travel RN assignment in Carthage, Tennessee.
• Based in Labor & Delivery / Nursery / Post-Partum.
• 1 opening.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• 13-week contract.
• Weekly orientation on Mondays.
• Every other weekend, as needed.
• Call: 3 (12-hour shifts) per 4-week schedule.
• Float requirements: as needed.

Unit Details

• 2 labor beds and 3 postpartum beds.
• Patient ratio: 1:2.
• Patient population: maternity women and newborns.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• ACLS
• AWHONN
• BLS
• NRP
• Ability to interpret fetal heart rate strips

Preferred

• PALS
• Centricity experience
• Meditech experience
• Couplet care experience

• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered travel.
