Travel assignment in Alexandria, Louisiana
Unit: 6A Med-Surg/Oncology
31 beds
6:1 patient ratio
12-hour shifts with rotating weekends
Floating: other Med-Surg and Tele units
36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Telemetry experience within the last year
1 year of telemetry experience
ACLS
BLS
NIHSS
Experience in an acute care setting
Stroke experience

Preferred

Chemo experience

Additional Information

Block scheduling available
Meditech documentation system
Unit has unit secretaries from 6 am to 10 pm and techs available on all shifts
